Hello, world

This site collects the systems I build and, from here on, what I learn building them.

Most of my projects end with a table of numbers: how long recovery took, how many requests made it through, which tests caught what. The numbers rarely tell the whole story. Here I’ll write up the parts that don’t fit in a README: the design choice I’d make differently, the bug that took a day to find, the benchmark that was measuring the wrong thing.

Posts will be short and specific. You can follow along with the RSS feed.
